To cancel ahead of your next billing cycle, you must email us within 7 days of receiving your package, and we’ll get the cancellation process started for you. You can also complete this cancellation request form within 7 days of receiving your package.

If you email us outside of this 7 day window, we will not be able to cancel your account before the next billing cycle.
