To submit a cancellation request, email us at assistant@threadbeast.com or call us at (314) 877-8536. Please include the name and email address associated with your membership so we can locate your account.

Heads-up: You have 7 days from the date your most recent package was delivered to cancel before your next charge. If it has been more than 7 days, we’ll still process your request, but your cancellation will take effect after that charge.
