To cancel ahead of your next billing cycle, you must email us within 7 days of receiving your monthly package, and we’ll get the cancellation process started for you. You can also give us a call at (314) 877-8536 and we can assist via phone as well!

If you call or email us outside of this 7 day window, we will not be able to cancel your account until after your next scheduled charge has been processed.
