Cancellation Policy

There’s no contract or long-term commitment, so you’re in control.

If you’re considering a cancellation, head to your ThreadBeast Membership Portal and go to the 'Profile' section in the top right corner. From there, head to the 'Subscription' section by scrolling down or using the sidebar.

There, you can handle any changes you need to make to your subscription! You can also give us a call at (314) 877-8536 if you'd like to process your cancellation via phone. We're here to help however you need!

Heads-up: If it’s been more than 7 days, we’ll still help out—cancellation will just kick in after your upcoming charge.
