Promotion codes can only be used on Essential ($95) or Premium ($150) plans.

The field to enter the code is located on the checkout page:

If you're not seeing the COUPON CODE field, please make sure you selected either the $95 Essential plan or $150 Premium plan.  

It will not appear for $60 Basic plan or $290 Baller plan.
