If you're seeing a message that says there's no account linked to your email, it’s usually one of two things:
1. Your account is still processing
After signing up, it can take up to 2 hours for your account to fully register in our system. If it’s been less than that, give it a little more time—then try again.
2. You may have used a different email
In some cases, the email you’re entering might not match what was entered at checkout. (It’s also possible there was a small typo during sign-up.)

Full name
Shipping address
Phone number (if provided at checkout)
We’ll look it up for you and help you get logged in.
