Sometimes carriers leave packages in hidden or alternate spots (behind planters, mailrooms, building offices, etc.). Ask neighbors or roommates if they grabbed it for you.

​2. Still missing? Let us know.
Email us at assistant@threadbeast.com and include your tracking number. We’ll file a claim with UPS on your behalf and keep you updated every step of the way.

UPS claims can take up to 8 business days to complete, but we’ll stay on it and make sure you’re not left in the dark.
