How to exchange/return an item

Absolutely!

We personally design each of your packages to keep you looking and feeling good. If something isn't fitting exactly right for you, we've got you covered.

In order to keep our prices low for our members, we currently do not accept returns. However, if you have 2+ items that didn't work out in 1 package, we offer a complimentary exchange once every 6 packages. Otherwise, a $20 processing fee is included to initiate the exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, you must reach out to us within 30 days from the date you receive your items, and we will need feedback from you on the items so that we can update your style profile moving forward.

Please email us at assistant@threadbeast.com to start your exchange process, and we'll give you further instructions in the email. Please do not ship packages back without having contacted us first, as we are unable to refund your shipping charges back to you.
