This issue is occurs when there are two accounts under the same email address and  are common for the following cases:
‌•  Members of same household              
‌• Friends signing up together                  
‌• Parents signing up for separate siblings

Our system does not have a way of recognizing/separating different style profiles for one email address. If you're looking to sign up for two different style profiles you will need to use separate email addresses during the sign-up step below:
