This can happen if multiple accounts (with different sizes or style preferences) are created under the same email address. Since our system links accounts by email, it won’t be able to separate individual style profiles—even if the details are different.
This issue is common when:
Friends or siblings sign up together
Parents sign up for multiple children
Multiple subscriptions are created for one household
To keep sizes and styles accurate, each account must use a different email address when signing up.
