Packages can be returned to us for any of the following reasons:
• Unable to deliver to address provided
• Package refused by recipient
• Multiple failed delivery attempts.
If your package is returning to us please reach out via email at assistant@threadbeast.com with your up-to-date shipping address. We will relabel and reship the package as soon as it returns to us.
