We usually ship your package within 2 to 4 business days after your payment goes through. This gives your stylist time to review your profile and any notes you’ve added—so every piece feels personal and on point.
Once it ships:
- Your box arrives 5 to 10 business days after your payment (longer for Hawaii and Alaska)
- You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as it goes out
